Preserving the Heart of Singapore’s Hawker Food Culture
Founded with a vision to sustain the vibrant tapestry of Singapore's hawker heritage, Canopy Hawkers Group began as a small initiative focused on modernizing traditional food spaces while keeping their soul intact. We believe that hawker centres are more than just dining spots; they are the social glue of our neighborhoods.
Managing & Modernising
Today, we manage Bukit Canberra Hawker Centre and Yishun Park Hawker Centre as part of the Socially-conscious Enterprise Hawker Centre (SEHC), implementing professional management systems that empower hawkers and improve the dining experience for all. Our focus remains on Sustaining Hawker Trade through productive operations.
Promoting Healthier Choices through CAN Meal
A core part of our mission is advocating for the health of our patrons. Through partnerships and stallholder education, we promote nutritiously balanced meals through Canopy Nutritional Meal (CAN Meal) without sacrificing the authentic flavors Singaporeans love. We ensure that tradition and health go hand in hand.

We are humbled to be awarded two major awards at the Singapore Hawkers’ Celebration and Awards: the Favourite Hawker Centre Award and the inaugural Healthier Dining Hawker Centre Award in 2025.

Favourite Hawker Centre Award
Voted as the overall crowd favorite by the public, securing over a third of the roughly 3,700 total votes cast.

Healtheir Dining Hawker Centre
Introduced in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board. Nearly 80% of the stalls provide at least one healthier dish by utilizing wholegrain carbs, healthier oils, and lower-sodium seasonings.
